This training is designed for volleyball athletes and develops high-level
power, speed, and strength through plyometric and body weight strength
training and speed and agility programming with an emphasis on injury
prevention.
Instructor Alfie Dodd has a degree in exercise science and multiple certifications in personal and group/team fitness and advanced nutrition. He is also expert in supplementation for diet/ sports performance and injury/recovery. Over 25 years of experience, fitness director mid south digs and choo choo city volleyball clubs and has trained many junior, collegiate, and pro athletes in sport specific performance and injury prevention.
